The Pesticon 2025 will be held at The Adelaide Convention Centre from 6-8 August 2025. Should you wish to stay over for the event, we have arranged for special discounted rooms at the Intercontinental Adelaide.  Positioned along the banks of the River Torrens, adjacent to the Adelaide Convention Centre and the Casino, InterContinental Adelaide effortlessly blends luxury with comfort. Just a stroll from the hotel, discover the cultural boulevard of North Terrace, home to the Art Gallery of South Australia, the museum, Parliament House, the botanical gardens and fantastic boutique shopping.

** A buffet breakfast is served daily in Riverside Restaurant at $30.00 per person.

Room Configuration - Rooms are configured with either one king bed or two single beds.  Room configurations are subject to availability.  All rooms are non-smoking.

The Hotel check-in time is from 15:00, check-out is up to 11:00.  Requests for an early check-in will be subject to availability.

Booking terms:  Guests credit cards will be charged 100% of total amount of the reserved rooms 30 days prior to arrival to credit card provided at time of booking.

Cancellation:  Any rooms cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be 100% chargeable as a cancellation fee. 

Higher Category rooms:  For those wishing to book a higher category of room  (details can be found on the Intercontinental website), or pricing for reservations with a more flexible cancellation policy - please contact the Intercontinental Adelaide Reservations directly via email (reservations.adelaide@ihg.com) and reference the "AEPMA Conference" in your correspondence.
