NSW Branch Meeting - Tea Gardens

The 10th annual Tea Gardens meeting is on again. This delegate and partner event provides the opportunity for NSW members to attend the state branch meeting while enjoying the beautiful Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest waterways, beach, dolphins and much more.

PROPOSED PROGRAM: 14- 16 February

Friday 14 February 2020 - 6pm onwards

Tastes and Tipples  -  On the water front reserve Tea Gardens.

An informal get together on the grassy riverfront of Tea Gardens.

Take out finger food and Pizza will be ordered and delivered to us.

BYO drinks & chair if you can.

$ TBC depending on what food is ordered.

 

Saturday 15 February 2020 

            8am        Breakfast at Tea Gardens Country Club dining room

            9.30am   AEPMA NSW State Council Meeting

                           At Hawks Nest Golf Club Boardroom. Sanderling Ave, Hawks Nest.

                           Transport will be arranged from TGCC for council members.

Partners can catch the ferry to Nelson bay for shopping or spend a leisurely day in Tea Gardens - Hawks nest shops, Art Galleries, waterfront, kayaks, bike rides, fishing, strolling etc

                             

            4.30pm    Barefoot Bowls at Tea Gardens Country Club $10/head.

                            Bowls etc supplied, drinks available at bar. Bring a hat.

            6.15pm   Dinner. Tea Gardens Country Club. The Myall Bistro   (Asian inspired)

            7.15pm   Entertainment. The Creedence & Women of Rock Show

                           Free show in TGCC auditorium. 

 

Sunday 16 February 2020 

             9am    Boat Cruise Brunch.  Leaving the “Oyster Hut” Tea Gardens River front

                        3 hour meander on Myall River with brunch, nibbles, cold drinks (Bring a hat, sun cream etc)

                        Cost -  Dependant on numbers [10 max]
